Frank Vukmanic, President and CEO

Mr. Vukmanic, Founder, President and CEO, is a seasoned executive manager with successful experience in building companies. His background includes P&L responsibility, hardware and software product management, sales force and channel management, marketing management, and customer service management. Mr. Vukmanic is responsible for the operations and strategic direction of AT-SINC.

Prior to AT-SINC, Mr. Vukmanic was Sr. Vice President & General Manager of V-Soft, an IT Services and Product Engineering Services company. He has served as President of Alert Technologies Corp., a Bay area company providing enterprise class software and associated professional services to the government and private sector markets. Mr. Vukmanic has held senior-level sales and marketing positions in worldwide operations at several companies including serving as Vice President and General Manager at Unisys. Mr. Vukmanic was also a key member of three start-up companies including one that went public. He has served on the Board of Directors of four companies. His career began as a sales representative at Burroughs Corp. (now Unisys).

Mr. Vukmanic has a B.S. from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania with graduate studies at Shippensburg and Penn State University.

 

Don Kientzy, Vice President of Technology

Mr. Kientzy, VP of Technology, is a seasoned manager with successful experience in building companies. His background includes hardware and software product management, marketing management, and customer service management. Mr. Kientzy is responsible for setting the technology direction of AT-SINC.

Prior to AT-SINC, Mr. Kientzy was Sr. Business Consultant at V-Soft, an IT Services and Product Engineering Services company.  Mr. Kientzy was also a founder and key member of two start-up companies including one that went public through acquisition. His career began as a sales representative at Hewlett-Packard.

Mr. Kientzy has a B.S.E.E from University of Missouri at Rolla with graduate studies at University of Michigan.

 

Annabella Ip, Vice President of Administration

Ms. Ip is a seasoned Administrator and Human Resources professional who has more than 30 years of experience in leading and managing HR and Administration departments in companies ranging from a small pre-IPO company to a fortune 100 company. She has experience in many different industries, both in the US and internationally.

Ms Ip, a Hong Kong native, started her career in HR and progressed to working as Head / VP of HR for various companies in Hong Kong including Swire Air Caterers, a subsidiary of Cathay Pacific Airways, Philips (an electronics company), and Bank of America. She joined Bank of America as VP of HR for its Hong Kong Country Division, and was promoted to VP of HR for Hong Kong Country Division and Commercial Banking for all of Asia. Due to concerns regarding the turnover of Hong Kong to China in 1997, she was relocated to the U.S. by Bank of America to manage its North Asia HR activities from San Francisco. Ms. Ip was later promoted to SVP of Relationship Management with the responsibility of managing B of A’s International Private Banking Gateway Office.

She has also served as VP of Global HR for AdvisorTech, an internet start-up, VP of HR for American President Lines, and Sr. Director for Gilead Sciences Inc, a biopharmaceutical company. She has served on the Board of Directors of CEO Women, a Bay Area non-profit organization for the advancement of immigrant women.

Ms. Ip was educated in Hong Kong, with a degree in Sociology and an MBA in Business Administration.

 

Andy Simpson, Vice President of Client Services

Mr. Simpson, Vice President of Client Services also serves as General Counsel of AT-SINC since 2000. He is uniquely skilled in software development, implementation, and the integration of software systems having been a consultant to some of the world’s largest companies.

Mr. Simpson previously was Vice President at Solutions Plus, an international consulting company, and has served as Director of Integration at MCI/Systemshouse, National Account Manager at AT&T/NCR/Teradata, and in various management capacities in sales, marketing, and software development at Unisys where he started his career.

Mr. Simpson has a Bachelor of Sciences degree from West Chester University and a Juris Doctor from the University of La Verne, La Verne, CA.

 

Aled Hughes, Director of Marketing

Mr. Hughes, an industry veteran, has an impressive sales and marketing record having worked for companies in the U.S. and Europe. Prior to joining AT-SINC, Mr. Hughes was a consultant on a major CRM project in Germany and before that, he worked for an IBM Premier Business Partner in the US as their International Marketing Manager for non-US countries where he secured multi-million dollar deals. His repertoire of languages and understanding of other countries’ cultures helped secure many of these deals. He has conducted sales training for several IT companies including IBM, Unisys, Fujitsu and HP. .

He previously worked for Solutions Plus, managing major Y2K projects both in the US and Europe. Prior to that, he was a sales representative for BASF in Germany selling IBM compatible mainframe equipment.

Aled was educated in his native Wales and later obtained a B.S. from WM University.
